About

Club Lab is a custom team store platform built around the factory that makes the gear.

Most companies that sell "custom team uniforms" do not actually make them. They route orders to third-party manufacturers, mark up the price, and pass the markup to the parent or the club. Club Lab was built to remove that layer entirely.

Why we built this

Youth and rec sports clubs need three things from a uniform supplier: free setup with no inventory risk, fundraising that actually moves the needle for the club, and gear that arrives on time and looks like a real club uniform — not a printed t-shirt. The existing options forced clubs to pick two of three. We built Club Lab to deliver all three.

What makes us different

We own and operate our manufacturing facility. Every order placed on a Club Lab team store flows directly to our factory queue. We sublimate, sew, quality-check, and ship from one facility we control. That vertical integration is the source of every advantage we offer: lower prices for parents, higher fundraising for the club, faster turnaround, and quality we are accountable for.

Who runs Club Lab

Club Lab was founded by Ahmed Sultan in 2025. The company is privately held and independent — not part of a larger uniform conglomerate, not licensed by Nike, Adidas, or Under Armour, not investor-pressured to grow at a pace that compromises product or service. The founder is hands-on with every club launch in the early stages of the company.

Where we work

Our manufacturing facility is in Pakistan and serves youth and rec sports clubs across the United States. The operations team works between the US and Pakistan to manage launches, design, customer support, and production.

Our mission

Make custom team uniforms the simplest part of running a youth sports club — and turn every order into fundraising for the club. No middlemen, no minimums, no inventory risk, no markup stack to fund someone else's marketing budget.
