How much does it cost to start a team store with Club Lab?

It's free. There is no setup cost, no monthly fee, no contract, and no minimums. Your club only pays the wholesale cost of the items parents and players actually order, and you keep the fundraising markup you set on each item.

Are there any monthly fees, contracts, or minimum orders?

No. Club Lab does not charge a monthly platform fee, lock clubs into contracts, or require minimum order quantities. We manufacture on demand — if one parent orders one jersey, we make one jersey.

How long does it take to launch a team store?

Most stores go live within 48 hours of a coach submitting the launch form. The coach picks the products, brand colors, and logo; our team builds the storefront and sends it back for approval.

How does my club make money from a team store?

You set a fundraising markup on each item — typically 15–25% over our wholesale price. Every dollar of that markup goes directly to your club. Typical clubs earn $500–$2,000 per season from uniform orders alone.

Where is the gear manufactured?

In our own factory. Unlike resellers and most SaaS team store platforms, Club Lab owns its sublimation manufacturing facility. Every piece is cut, sublimated, sewn, and shipped from a single facility we control.

How long does it take to receive uniforms after orders close?

Typical turnaround is 3–4 weeks from order window close to delivery at each player's doorstep. Rush options are available for time-sensitive launches.

What sports does Club Lab support?

We cover 35 sports including basketball, baseball, softball, fastpitch, football, men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse, volleyball, track and field, soccer, wrestling and MMA, cheerleading, ice hockey, box lacrosse, flag football, 7v7, field hockey, cycling, rugby, bowling, tennis, netball, cricket, pickleball, hunting, fishing, darts, golf, esports, roller derby, ultimate frisbee, marching band, curling, outerwear and sideline gear, and team bags.

How many products are in your catalog?

175+ products across the 35 sports we support. Every product is fully customizable — colors, logo placement, names, numbers, and trim.

What materials are the uniforms made from?

Our jerseys and apparel are made from performance polyester fabric optimized for sublimation printing, breathability, and moisture wicking. Specific fabric weight and stretch vary by product — full specs are listed on each product page.

What sizes do you offer?

All sized apparel runs Youth XXS through Adult 6XL — a 17-size ladder per product. Bags and one-size accessories skip the size ladder.

Can players customize their name and number on every item?

Coaches choose per-product which items allow name and number customization. Jerseys and uniform tops default to allowing both; bags, warm-ups, and accessories typically default to off. Parents enter the values at checkout.

How do parents place orders?

Parents go to your branded team store URL, pick the items they want, choose sizes, add their player's name and number where allowed, and pay direct by card. Each order goes straight to Club Lab's factory queue.

Do you help create a logo if we don't have one?

Yes. If you don't have a finalized logo, our design team will create one for you as part of the free store setup.

What happens if a piece arrives with a defect?

We replace it. Because we own the factory, we control quality and can re-produce a single defective piece quickly without going through a third-party supplier.

How is Club Lab different from SquadLocker?

SquadLocker is a software-only platform that drop-ships uniforms through third-party manufacturers. Club Lab owns its own factory, which means lower cost stack, tighter quality control, and a higher fundraising payout to the club. We also offer hands-on store setup instead of pure self-service.

How is Club Lab different from BSN Club Direct?

BSN Club Direct is a division of Varsity Brands targeting youth clubs with a rep-led sales model and licensed Nike/Adidas/Under Armour products. Club Lab is independent, vertically integrated, and avoids brand licensing fees — which means lower prices for parents and higher fundraising for the club. We also work with you directly rather than through a regional sales rep.

Do we need to be a school or just a youth club?

Club Lab is built for youth and rec sports clubs, not school athletic programs. Recreation leagues, travel teams, club sports organizations, and youth academies are all the right fit.

Can we reorder after the initial order window closes?

Yes. Coaches can open additional order windows mid-season for new players, replacements, or fan apparel. There is no per-window fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Club Lab currently ships within the United States. International shipping is being evaluated for select markets.

Do you offer adult sizes for coaches and parents?

Yes. The 17-size ladder covers Youth XXS through Adult 6XL on every sized product, so coaches, parents, and adult fans can order from the same store.

Can we offer team bags, warm-ups, and accessories — not just jerseys?

Yes. The catalog includes jerseys, shorts, pants, warm-up jackets, hoodies, polos, team bags, hats, socks, and sideline gear. Coaches pick which subset of the catalog appears on their team store.

Do you offer sample products before launch?
